Shipping Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land)
- Communicate with **shipping lines**, **freight forwarders**, **trucking companies**, and **customers** to ensure timely cargo movement
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Handle exceptions, delays, and problem resolutions proactively
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, warehousing, and finance
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers and logistics providers
- Maintain detailed and accurate shipment records in internal systems
- Provide daily and weekly logistics reports to management

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of proven experience** in logistics coordination or international freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of international shipping, incoterms, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and fully equipped home office
- fluent in english
- Ability to work **Monday to Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM USA Time (Eastern, Central, or Pacific)**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with US-based companies or clients
- Knowledge of US customs regulations and port operations
- Familiarity with global trade compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field

**Compensation**:

Pay: ₹23.22 - ₹27.97 per hour
