- Requirement given by the client should be fulfilled within the given timeline.
- Ensure to share the monthly stipend sheets on time to payroll and NAPS compliance team
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and payment recovery.
- Ensure getting monthly payments/dues from the client.
- Make sure we don’t get any debit from client in any form.
- Ensure minimum attrition at site in all departments.
- Co-ordinate with site HR for all their services related needs or requirement.
- Open house meeting should be done once in a month.
- Address all the issues of the trainees’/students.
- Ensure no complaints from the site.
- Maintaining good rapport with the client.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
