**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills across different platforms and devices.

- Solid understanding of **design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design**.
- Familiarity with **design handoff tools** like Zeplin, InVision, or Figma Developer Mode.
- Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows** (not mandatory).
- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills**, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with **mobile-first design** and cross-platform design consistency.
- Exposure to **Agile/Scrum methodology** and working in product teams.
- Familiarity with **user analytics, A/B testing, or accessibility guidelines**.
- Experience designing for **SaaS platforms** or enterprise web apps.

**Job Responsibility**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes**, and user flows to convey design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Ensure designs follow **responsive, accessible, and platform-specific** design standards (iOS/Android/Web).
- Maintain and contribute to **design systems and UI component libraries**.
- Communicate ideas clearly through presentations, design walkthroughs, and documentation.
