Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for web, social media, print, branding, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to deliver designs that align with the company’s and clients' branding guidelines.
- Translate project requirements into creative, high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Communicate effectively to ensure clarity in project goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools)
- Creativity: A natural flair for creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Efficient in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
