The Office Executive will be responsible for conducting calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, drive sales, and manage customer relationships. This role also includes calling customer to secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC), and calibration services. Apart from this they will be required to help with Back end tasks such as making quotations and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing Calls**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote and sell company products and services.
- Identify and qualify prospects through targeted calls and follow-up communications.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly.
- **AMC/CMC/Calibration Services**:

- Reach out to existing customers to discuss and offer AMC and CMC services.
- Follow up with clients whose contracts are expiring or due for renewal.
- Promote and explain the benefits of AMC, CMC, and calibration services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the process of contract negotiation, renewal, and service scheduling.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to products, services, and contracts.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and offerings.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Track and report on sales and service activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and service contract status.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- **Compliance and Training**:

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all interactions.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
