**Location : Azad Nagar, Andheri (West)**

**Shif Timing : 2:00PM to 6:00 AM(Rotational shifts*)**

**Salary package : 4LPA**

**Educational Qualification : Any Graduate**

**Job description**
- Good Command in telephonic Communication with Fluent English and any south language, customer service experience.
- To look after the whole gamut of CRM function. He will be responsible for post-sales activities.
- Developing harmonious relation with customers.
- Acts as a single point of contact for clients right from design confirmation until handing over.
- Maintaining the track sheet. Updating the project status on a regular basis
- Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring timely response to all their queries in a transparent manner.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the project status.
- He must be well versed in Phone collections, retention, Case conversion, Cross selling and Escalation Handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
