**Job Title: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)**
**Location**: Shri Nandishwar Vidyalaya, Khaniyadhana

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Develop teaching materials, assignments, and assessments to meet the needs of students.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs.
- Monitor and support the overall well-being of students, including their emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic experience and outcomes for students.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students’ progress and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Knowledge of modern teaching tools and technology.
