**Role Overview**:The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of materials and services required for operations. This position requires strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to maintain cost-effectiveness while meeting the company's quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- **Procurement Activities**:

- Generate purchase orders based on the requirements of various departments.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the store and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages.
- **Cost Management**:

- Analyze procurement expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with the allocated budget.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and advancements in procurement practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
