We are an instructional design firm that partners with US, Canadian and global universities, and EdTech companies to develop and deliver their online course curriculum creatively, effectively, and affordably. OpenMind - Bangalore is looking for team members who are passionate about growing aggressively in a competitive environment.

We are looking for Social Engagement Trainees who will play a key role in helping with outreach and build brand awareness by extensive research on job portals and social media websites. In this role, you will be working closely with the talent acquisition and digital marketing team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Conducting extensive research on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn to attract best talent.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing and prequalifying applicants, by analysing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Screening CVs and setting up interviews.
- Organize and maintaining information on leads and accounts in Excel and CRM
- Be research-driven with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and in a dynamic working environment.

Skills Requirements:

- 0.5 - 1 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing from Naukri and LinkedIn platforms.
- Supports workplace diversity.
- Relationship building skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Basic Information**:

- Shift Timings: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Working days: Monday
- Saturday.
- It is an Onsite opportunity (Address: Novel MSR Building, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037)
- Based on your performance for 3 months during the trainee-ship period, you will be converted into a full-time employee.
