Position: Tele-calling Executive - TallyPrime
Job Summary: As a Tele-calling Executive for TallyPrime, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell TallyPrime software solutions. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients while showcasing the benefits and features of TallyPrime. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in TallyPrime or have been identified as potential leads through various marketing channels.
Product Promotion: Clearly explain the features and benefits of TallyPrime software, highlighting how it addresses the specific needs and requirements of potential customers.
Lead Conversion: Nurture leads through the sales process, address their queries, and guide them towards making a purchase decision.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide better insights during sales conversations.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from customers and team members to improve sales techniques and contribute to process refinement.
**Requirements**:
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills to effectively convey product information and engage potential customers.
Sales Aptitude: Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage, but not always mandatory. A natural flair for sales and persuasion is highly beneficial.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with TallyPrime software or accounting software in general is an advantage, but not a strict requirement as training will be provided.
Empathy and Patience: Ability to understand customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and handle objections with patience and tact.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively.
Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages may be advantageous, especially in regions with diverse linguistic populations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
