**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for IT training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including individuals, corporate clients, and educational institutions.
- Present and demonstrate training programs to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries from various channels (online, referrals, cold calls, etc.).
- Handle objections and provide solutions to potential clients.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote training courses and certifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize webinars, workshops, and events to attract prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- **Brand Awareness**:

- Increase the visibility and awareness of the institute's brand in the market.
- Organize promotional activities, online webinars, and community engagement to build the brand's presence.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and educational institutions for collaborative opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their training needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and marketing activities.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve training offerings and marketing strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT training products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to clients.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in IT training sales or technology education.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and e-learning technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data to drive decisions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
