**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential corporate clients to present our range of corporate gifting solutions.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Presentation**: Showcase our gift products and customize solutions to meet client needs during in-person meetings and presentations.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client preferences in the corporate gifting space.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress, and provide regular updates to the Managing Director.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the corporate gifting or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with corporate clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based role.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Chennai market and a network of corporate contacts is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Chennai.
