Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
- Site investigation, preparing logistics plan, Bulk materials source nearby and attending pre bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients.
- Floating an enquiry and collection of offer with vendor negotiation, Analysis & Price comparison, updating costing works.
- Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.
- To identify risk and opportunity in the proposal pricing in order to mitigate inherent risk at tender submission stage.
- Coordinating internal departments for Preparation of project construction plans & Schedules, staffs, Manpower & Equipment deployments, Organization charts and method statements and infrastructure requirements.
- To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.
- Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
- Preparing Rate Analysis with logical risk factor pricing.
- Preparing the documents for E-Tendering, Qualification Criteria, Scope of Work, Floating of RFQ to various Vendors/Contractors, Collecting Quotations, Preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders received from companies.
- Preparing of Estimation and detailed costing
- Follow-ups with clients regarding Order
- Convert inquiries into order,Updating the details on ERP
- Quantity Analysis from the drawings
- Preparation of BOQ
- Preparing actual site measurement sheet
- Bill Quantity, Checking and verifying with Project Operations team.
- Extra and Excess Quantity check and verifying by architects and forward to Senior Engineers
- Preparation of comparison statement of the bills
- Checking the Measurement post completion of the projects.
- Lesioning with Stakeholders for all the related work,

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
