**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling:Contact potential and existing customers via phone to generate leads and sell furnishing products and services.
- Product Knowledge:Effectively explain the features and benefits of different furnishings to customers, using scripts and customizing messaging as needed.
- Lead Management:Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Customer Service:Handle inbound calls, answer questions, resolve customer issues, and address complaints in a professional manner.
- Data Management:Maintain accurate customer databases and call logs, recording all sales calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales Targets:Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer engagement.
- Reporting:Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and product offerings.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive speaking abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills:Strong listening and customer handling skills to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Sales Acumen:Ability to close sales through effective negotiation and offer solutions based on customer requirements.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic MS Office knowledge.
- Product Knowledge:A strong understanding of the furnishings company's products and services is essential.
- Professionalism:Ability to handle pressure and rejections positively, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Education:Typically a high school diploma or 12th pass is required, with prior experience in telecalling or sales being an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,650.11 - ₹26,600.90 per month
