**Qualifications**:

- Montessori course certification (preferred)
- NTTC (Nursery Teacher Training Course) certification or B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree (preferred)
- Graduates with a strong desire to work with young children are also encouraged to apply

**Requirements**:

- Genuine passion for teaching and caring for small children
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with children
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Creative and innovative teaching methods to engage young learners
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive preschool program
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's development
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
- Adhere to FirstCry IntelliTot Preschool's policies and procedures
