**Sales and Marketing Executive for Aesthetics Clinic**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**:
- Promote and sell the clinic’s aesthetic treatments and services (e.g., skin care, anti-aging procedures, laser treatments).
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients through networking, lead generation, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to understand clients' needs and provide tailored treatment recommendations.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
- **Marketing Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote the clinic’s services and offerings.
- Organize promotional events, open days, and workshops to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate digital advertising, SEO/SEM strategies, and partnerships to increase the clinic’s visibility.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on key performance metrics.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide personalized recommendations and aftercare advice to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and effective manner.
- Implement customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
- Use insights from research to develop targeted sales and marketing initiatives that align with customer needs.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and marketing results.
- Assist with booking client appointments and coordinating the clinic’s calendar.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and overall clinic growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the aesthetics or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, social media management, and SEO.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of aesthetics treatments and beauty industry trends.
- Creative thinking and ability to design promotional materials.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
