**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated **Trainee Graphic Designer** to join our design team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in graphic design by working on real-world projects across digital and print media. You’ll receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to sharpen your design skills in a collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:
- Create basic designs for **social media posts**, stories, and online campaigns.- Design **logos, icons**, and simple **branding materials** under guidance.- Assist in creating **illustrations**, icons, and other graphic elements.**Edit and retouch images** for use in digital and print materials.- Design simple layouts for **brochures, flyers, banners**, and other promotional materials.- Support the production of **marketing collateral** including posters, standees, and merchandise.- Learn and practice using professional design tools such as the **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)**.

**Requirements**:
- Basic understanding of design principles such as layout, color, typography, and composition.- Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.- Good communication and collaboration skills.- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and workflows.- A portfolio (even academic or personal projects) is a plus.
