, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. Responsibilities may include:

- Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages
- Greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Performing data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Assisting with special projects and events as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
