Responsibilities
- Design solar panel systems
- Install solar panels, racking, and electrical equipment
- Connect solar panels to the electrical system
- Activate and test solar panel systems
- Perform system maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical problems
- Perform root cause analysis
- Investigate technical failures
- Prepare technical reports

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in electrical engineering, solar energy technology, or a related field
- On-the-job training
- Professional certification, such as the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) solar PV installation certification
- Knowledge of local, state, and national electrical codes and building standards

Skills Physical stamina, Ability to work at heights, Problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, and Ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹26,012.32 per month
