**Job Title**: Injection Moulding Maintenance Engineer

**Location**: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Management**:

- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and inspections on injection moulding machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute corrective maintenance to ensure all machinery operates at optimum efficiency.
- **Repair and Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose faults in moulding machinery and perform repairs as needed.
- Replace worn or damaged components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address urgent maintenance needs quickly.
- **Optimization and Upgrades**:

- Suggest and implement improvements in maintenance processes to enhance machine performance.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as required.
- Monitor and analyze mechanical performance, performing adjustments to improve production efficiency.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Generate reports on machine performance and maintenance activities for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in maintenance practices.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with operators and production staff to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Foster a culture of safety and teamwork within the maintenance department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering specifically within the injection moulding industry.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery, including troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications related to plastic processing or maintenance engineering.
- Experience with automation and robotics in the injection moulding process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
