**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.

3. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

4. Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel itineraries.

5. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

6. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by directors.

7. Conducting daily, weekly, monthly meetings

8. Accurately recording minutes from meetings.

9. Follow up and update reports from HOD’s as desired by Director

10. Making reports as desired by director for analysis from Weekly, monthly data

11. Co-ordination with HOD’s for all work update and lagpoints

12. Co-ordination with External business stake holders such as consultants for necessary data sharing

13. Communication point with all internal stake holders in absence of Director

14. Daily data sharing with director as desired with help of HOD’s

15. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

16. Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.

17. Opening, sorting and distributing correspondence addressed on Name of director.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
