This role is focused on creating new distributor relationships to help us grow our distribution network.

**Key Responsibilities**:As a Marketing Salesman specializing in distributor development, your primary responsibilities will include:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential distributors and generate leads through market research, networking, and other strategies.

**Pitching and Presenting**: Present our product offerings, benefits, and value proposition to potential distributors, and articulate why Prachin Ghee and Dairy is the preferred choice.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing distributors, understanding their needs and concerns to tailor our offerings effectively.

**Negotiation and Deal Closure**: Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts with potential distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals efficiently.

**Market Analysis**: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to develop sales strategies.

**Training and Support**: Provide training and support to distributors on our product portfolio, pricing, marketing materials, and other relevant information to enable them to effectively represent our brand.

**Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, contacts, meetings, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports on distributor development efforts.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to gather feedback and insights from distributors and implement improvements as needed.

**Achievement of Targets**: Set and achieve sales and distribution targets, working in alignment with company goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or dairy industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the distribution network in the region (preferred).
