What you'll do
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Managing proactively inbound and outbound calls.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
What we need
- Any 12th pass-out with excellent English communication can apply.
- Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience is mandatory.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Communication and thought process has to be good.
- Must be comfortable working from office.
- Must have valid documents.
