Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Source materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design objectives and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project execution aligns with the design vision.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
- Experience in both residential and commercial design projects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
