**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**:

- Collaborate with the product development team to create and refine food products.
- Assist in designing new recipes, considering nutritional content, flavor profiles, and market trends.
- **Quality Control**:

- Support quality control processes by participating in sensory evaluations and product testing.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and competitor products.
- Analyze data related to ingredient functionality, nutritional content, and sensory attributes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of product development processes, including formulations and testing results.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in food product development and a passion for the food industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
