Job Title: International Tele-Sales Agent (IT FIELD)

Location: Kanpur

Department: Sales

Reporting to: Team Leader

Number of Openings: 10 (5 Night Shift)

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Night Shift (8 PM - 5 AM/9 PM - 6 AM)

**Job Summary**:
As an International Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling IT products and services to international clients via telephone. You will identify sales opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sell IT products and services to international clients via outbound calls.

2. Achieve monthly sales targets.

3. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and handle objections.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and IT services.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Technical).

7. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and client information.

8. Meet or exceed sales performance metrics (conversion rates, sales revenue, etc.).

**Requirements**:
**Mandatory**:
1. Fluency in English (spoken and written).

2. Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networking, etc.).

3. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work in night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM/9 PM - 6 AM).

5. 5-day workweek.

**Preferred**:
1. 0-2 years of sales experience (tele-sales experience preferred).

2. IT industry knowledge or background.

3. Bachelor's degree in any field.

4. Proven sales track record.

5. Familiarity with CRM software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,399.09 per month
