**think**bridge. There’s a new way there.A comprehensive offline training program, where we hire freshers and coach them technically to enable them as Software Professionals.

This program is designed for a period of 4-5 months which gives them opportunity to be a part of various trainings and projects on tech stack like.Net, C#, Angular, HTML, Git, Unit testing, SQL and RDBMS, at the end of which they would be confirmed based on their performance.**As part of the job, you will be required to**:

- Work in various technological aspects of development in various languages and scripts.
- Understand and analyze the existing code and read it thoroughly.
- Improve your coding ability.
- Work in different aspects of SDLC and share whatever knowledge you gain.
- Attend meeting on time.
- Keep the Jira/Wiki/ Communication channels up to date with all information shared properly.

**Requirements**:
**Criteria For Applying**:
**Must Have-**
- Engineering Degree in CS/IT/EC or MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
- Fundamental knowledge of C and C++ programming, databases, Operating system, and data structures.
- Knowledge of Flowcharts, Pseudocode codes, and basic algorithms.
- Must be interested in learning and developing using Dotnet technologies
- Fast and quick learner and always ready to learn and adopt recent technologies when needed
- Analytical thinking and good scholar with effective communication and behavioral skills.
Hard-working and positive attitude.
- Good to Have
- Should have completed any project by self-written code and able to explain properly.
- Any certification of training completion in Dotnet would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of source control and code management.
