Generate new business leads and build relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge Responsibilities: - Prospecting, lead generation, and qualification - Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners - Conducting needs assessments and presenting solutions - Negotiating and closing deals - Meeting or exceeding sales targets - Developing and implementing sales strategies - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and support Skills: - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools - Industry knowledge and expertise - Results-driven and goal-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
