**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Acquire Hotels**: Proactively identify and approach hotels in the city, presenting the value proposition of partnering with our company.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Establish and nurture relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers, ensuring a strong business rapport and long-term collaboration.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by onboarding new hotels and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand local competition and trends in the hospitality industry, using insights to refine sales strategies.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with hotels, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with our company’s policies.
- **Onboarding Support**: Guide hotels through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration into our platform and services.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, hotel feedback, and market trends to the Regional Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of the local hospitality market and existing relationships with hotel owners/managers.
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new strategies and tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
