**CTC**:₹2.65 LPA - 3.85 LPA + ₹60K Bonus
**Shift**:Rotational
**Experience**:1+ year (Freelance or Agency is welcome)

**Round 1**(Virtual - 30 mins): Pen Tool task in Illustrator
**Round 2**(In-person - 2 hrs): Design Test
**Round 3** (In-person - 2 hrs): Final Evaluation

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with design tools like **Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop**.
- Basic understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, trends).
- Ability to read and understand customer instructions in English.
- Basic verbal and written **English communication skills**.
- **Degree**or **diploma**in Graphic Design or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, create, or modify customer designs to meet production standards.
- Ensure high-quality output and customer satisfaction.
- Raise concerns about tools, systems, or processes proactively.
- Handle design-related escalations and share insights to avoid repeats.
- Continuously work on improving design skills and product knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,040.29 - ₹28,519.53 per month
