**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on the healthcare segment, aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify and engage with relevant healthcare influencers, including medical professionals, healthcare advocates, patient advocates, and industry thought leaders.
- Collaborate with healthcare influencers to create impactful content that showcases our brand, educates the audience, and promotes our healthcare solutions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and compensation terms with healthcare influencers.
- Monitor and track influencer marketing campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new and emerging healthcare influencers.
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare influencers, acting as the main point of contact and maintaining regular communication.
- Provide guidance and support to healthcare influencers to ensure their content aligns with our brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, and legal teams, to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in healthcare influencer marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines for influencer partnerships, including FTC guidelines and disclosure requirements specific to the healthcare industry.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or healthcare marketing, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms for discovery, relationship management, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with healthcare influencers, medical professionals, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare industry thought leaders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare influencers and professionals.
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities to develop engaging content ideas tailored to the healthcare segment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics specific to healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical considerations related to influencer marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest healthcare industry trends and emerging healthcare influencer platforms.
