We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. This is a **target-based role** that offers **attractive incentives** upon achieving or exceeding set goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries confidently.
- Report progress to the team lead or manager on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Experience in **insurance** or **education** industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
