**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Evaluate and execute Learning Management Systems Activities to include but not limited to:

- Assignments, Removals, Extension of Due Dates.
- E Learning Courses - New, modifications, revisions, Completion Credit/Waive Credits, Content builds and Testing.
- Curriculum's -Adding/Revising/Deactivating.
- Exams - New, modifications, revisions, Exam Resets.
- Instructor Led Training - Offerings, Roster management.
- Read & Acknowledgements (documents/flat files) - New, modifications, revisions.
- Collaborate with project teams.
- Attend meetings both onsite as needed and virtually (e.g., weekly team huddles).

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent relevant work experience).

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Strong customer service skills and experience, communicating with a variety of groups of customers at different levels.
- Prior experience working in a call center or help desk managing work in a queue.
- Able to manage data electronically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in building productive working relationships with the business unit you support.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience developing training with eLearning software.
- Experience in training curriculum development preferred.
- Analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Locations including **remote work arrangements**, will be considered.
