**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing
- Conduct API testing using **Postman** to validate request-response accuracy and error handling
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues in **JIRA** with appropriate severity and priority
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality
- Validate defect fixes and perform re-testing
- Prepare test data and conduct exploratory testing when needed
- Provide QA status reports and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

**Required Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **Manual Testing**:

- Proficient in creating **test cases**, test scenarios, and test plans
- Solid understanding of **API testing** concepts with hands-on experience using **Postman**:

- Experience using **JIRA** for defect logging and test cycle tracking
- Basic understanding of **SDLC** and **STLC**:

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and documentation skills

**Nice to Have (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of basic **SQL** queries
- Experience working with browser dev tools and inspecting APIs
- Exposure to automation tools like Selenium or TestNG
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON format

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
