**Job Purpose**

The primary purpose of the role is to support the sale of company’s goods and services with all valuable customers. Taking care of customer requirement and better communication with the customers. The job will intensively involve relationship building with customers, factory production and administration for feeding customer’s requirement to the factory as well as customers also. The role also demands Customer Relations activities that supports in building stronger customer relationships.

**Key Accountabilities**
- ** Sales Management**
- Coordination / communications with customer
- Correspondence with factory / production/dispatch team
- Conversion of all work orders
- Optimizing of all work orders
- Pending raw material status
- Making PI of customers
- Prompt communication with customers
- Maintain Day to Day schedule of orders
- Reporting to Sales Manager on time to time
- ** Customer Relations Management**
- Foster customer relations by sending timely greetings and compliments for birthdays, festivals and other special occasions.
- Handle customer complaints and other grievances.
- Maintain good repo / relation with customers
