Purpose of Job -The Executive Assistant to the Director is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Director and managing the sales & marketing activities & operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate and think critically, and proactively manages the daily operations, responsible for sales support and product marketing & strategy.
Working days
- Monday to Saturday. 2nd and 4th Saturday Of
Time
- 8 Hours a day ( Flexible Timings )
Experience needed ( In Years)
- Fresher to 1 Year
Education Qualification
- MBA preferred / Graduates with relevant experience/
Skills required -Advanced Microsoft Office skills ,
High degree of professionalism in dealing with Team and Management Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time. Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance. Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Languages Known Excellent in English Gender Preference Any Roles and Responsibilities Co-ordination with sales team w.r.t. Daily review Sheets, weekly sales reports, etc Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Complete a broad variety of operational tasks that facilitate the Director to effectively lead the organization Accelerating the operational activities, Follow up with open task, Product Marketing and Strategy Sales Support & Sales analysis (Primary level) Inside Sales Coordination
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
