**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage a **multi-level marketing network** in assigned regions.
- Conduct and coordinate **seminars, workshops, and student counseling sessions**.
- Identify and collaborate with **schools, junior colleges, NGOs, and local influencers** for promotional activities.
- Generate leads and drive **admissions through referral marketing**.
- Recruit and train local representatives or promoters under the MLM structure.
- Maintain reports on leads, conversions, and regional marketing performance.
- Represent the college professionally in field activities and events.
- Graduate in any field (Marketing/Management background preferred).
- **Strong communication, public speaking, and networking skills.**:

- Experience in **MLM, direct sales, or educational marketing** is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to travel.
- Ability to build teams and drive performance.
