(Bharat Money Officer)

Job Role
- 1.*Distribution of CSP(Customer service point).

*Search for potential shopkeeper who can be enrolled in system as a Merchant( Merchant is the person who is ready to take our CSP)

*Merchant MID Creation and opening Current A/C after checking e-KYC and BGV.

2. offer/provide Loan minimum of rs. 39000 to eligible Merchant

3.Loan booking by opening a RD account.

4. Loan/ arrear Collection

Target - ( any two activities you have to fulfill)

1. Enrolment

2. Loan booking

3. Disbursement

4. Existing Merchant unique visits.

5. Repeat Arrear Collection

6. Activation of inactive merchant with 1 SA from the previous month base.

Skill
- Relationship building, Merchant management, Patience, Sales and Communication( Local language).

Experience
- min. 6 months in Banking & Finance, preferebly CSP distribution experience.

Incentive - according to your performance and BC points.

Fuel expenses - will be provided by the company according to your work.

Training period - 30 days

(NOTE - your target will be counted from 31st day, during the 30 days training period you will not get any target, and salary will also be provided according to your package)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
