**Job Title: CRM Executive**
**Location: Gurugram, Haryana**
**Department: Sales / Customer Relations**
**Company: OFR Telecom Pvt. Ltd.**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer follow-ups and maintain consistent communication.
- Assist in proposal making and coordination with the sales team.
- Handle order processing and ensure timely documentation.
- Maintain smooth relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate order follow-up with the factory for production and dispatch updates.
- Oversee dispatch tracking and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Collect and record customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Support pre-sales activities, including lead updates and CRM database maintenance.
- Update and manage CRM system data for accurate customer and order tracking.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up ability
- Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Commerce)
- 1-5 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination / Customer Support
