**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **IBDP Computer Science**, **Digital Society**, and **Digital Design** courses, with a strong emphasis on concept clarity, innovation, and inquiry-based learning.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the IB Diploma Programme framework.
- Guide students in their **Internal Assessments (IAs)** and **Extended Essays** where applicable.
- Collaborate with the IBDP Coordinator and other faculty members to ensure interdisciplinary connections and academic rigor.- Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Integrate technology meaningfully into teaching and learning.
- Support students in developing computational thinking, coding, digital ethics, and collaborative project-based skills.
- Engage actively in the residential school life, including pastoral care, evening prep duties, and co-curricular initiatives.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Digital Design or a related field.
- Professional teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent preferred).
- IB certifications mandatory
- Minimum **5 years of experience teaching the IB Diploma Programme**, specifically DP Computer Science and/or Digital Society.
- Proven experience in supervising IB Internal Assessments and Extended Essays.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for holistic education.
- Willingness to live and contribute in a **residential school environment**.
