**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present and promote products/services over the phone.
- Answer customer queries and provide information in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.

**Company Overview**:

- To generate sales lead by cold calling to industry Identify new potential customers & offer and products.
- Study the industry types and tools used in industries while making cold calling.
- Keep the Records of the calling and successful sales leads & unsuccessful sales attempts Forwards the generated leads to the sales team & co-ordinate for its closer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
