- A Bachelor's degree in pharma or diploma in pharma
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or related field preferred
- An understanding of the medical industry and experience working with medical professionals is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
