**Responsibilities/ Job Description**
- To collect students’ fees and maintains database on the ERP
- To prepare Salary statements, disburses salaries to staff through cash, WPS and bank transfers.
- To prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering& porting account information.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending procedures.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Maintains confidentiality and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepares data of receivables & payables every month
- Follow up on receivables
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and assisting the auditors inpreparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- School or Trust Finance work: 10 years (required)

**Language**:
