**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:

- Meet with clients to understand their visa requirements and provide tailored advice on Study and Tourist visas.
- Assess the eligibility of applicants based on their personal and financial details.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Advise clients on the required financial documents, insurance policies, travel plans, and educational information for Study Visas.
- **Document Verification**:

- Review client documents to ensure all information is correct and complete before submission.
- Liaise with educational institutions, travel agencies, and government bodies as required to validate documents and information.
- **Visa Interview Preparation**:

- Prepare clients for visa interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing interview tips.
- Advise on potential interview questions and how to present their case effectively.
- **Follow-Up**:

- **Market Research & Updates**:

- Stay updated on visa policy changes for various countries and communicate these changes to clients.
- Monitor the latest trends and updates related to Study and Tourist visa programs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- **Record Keeping & Documentation**:

- Ensure proper documentation for each client is filed and stored securely.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in visa consultation.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in providing visa counseling services, particularly for Study and Tourist visas.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex procedures in a simple manner.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., visa processing software, CRM tools) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience with [insert countries you specialize in] visa procedures.
- Knowledge of study abroad programs and educational systems.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
