**Finance Operations Manager - R2R**
Location: Bengaluru, India
Hybrid/Remote/Onsite: Hybrid
**About the position**
For this Global R2R lead role we are role looking for a top performer with an outstanding educational and work background. We would love to hear about your track record and best practices, which you can further develop within Upfield. You have a degree in chartered accountancy and a mínimal of 10 -20 years of experience within relevant positions. Strong leadership experience is required.
**So what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Take responsibility for the accurate performance of end-to-end financial accounting process for all countries
- Identify improvement areas and pro-actively drive changes in alignment with the stakeholders
- Ensure effective operation of the 3 tier model
- High standard in customer service - seek and promote to improve service levels, quality, KPIs and targets
