**Job Summery-**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years in inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
