Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment**: Actively participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and high school visits to promote the institution.
- **Outreach**: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse populations and increase enrollment.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and manage admissions databases.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments (financial aid, academic advising, etc.) to ensure a seamless admissions process.
- **Workshops and Presentations**: Conduct information sessions and workshops for students and families on topics related to the admissions process.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Analyze recruitment trends and provide feedback for improving the admissions process and strategies.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Marketing, Communications).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and organizational abilities; detail-oriented.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with admissions software or CRM systems.
