We are solely a product-based company wherein we build and develop our own line of products and currently operate primarily in the Cryptocurrency and Blockchain space. - Monitor daily crypto news from aggregator platforms and other defined sources. - Filter articles that are important. - Publish blogs based on selected articles. - Push news headlines and briefs on social media and messengers on an immediate basis. - Create wrap-ups with highlights and briefs. - Handle ORM for groups and social media. - Complete KYC onboarding for new and pre-existing customer by reviewing client documentation and various backend tasks. - Ensure customers classified in line with required policy standards and industry regulations. - Communicate issues to customers and help them solve the relevant queries/ tickets while following protocols. **Requirements**: - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Good command of the English language. - ** (Work from Office ONLY)**_ - **Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai (400703)**_ **** **** **#We're looking for someone who believes anything is possible.** **Someone who won't say, "That can't be done."** **Someone who believes it's just a matter of figuring it out.** **Let's build the next Unicorn together** **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Navi Mumbai, Thane - 400703, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Microsoft Office: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 9999999999
