Tele Caller Executive

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Cold Calling**:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce ADSS products/services.
- Follow a scripted pitch to provide information about features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and customer engagement.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of products/services.
- Address customer queries and concerns regarding the offered solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Conduct effective sales presentations over the phone to showcase the value proposition.
- Customize presentations based on the customer's needs and requirement

- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- **Adherence to Policies**:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations.
- Ensure ethical and professional conduct during interactions with clients.
