Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads for the organization. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively communicating with customers over the phone. This position requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.

Introduce and explain products or services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.

Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address any concerns or objections.

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, including call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up actions.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and support the sales process.

Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer queries.

Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and gather relevant information.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products or services to existing customers.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall organizational goals.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing the organization.

Continuously enhance sales and communication skills through training and self-improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in the language(s) required for the job.

Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.

Good listening skills to understand customer requirements and address their concerns effectively.

Proficient in using telephony systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills to track customer interactions and sales leads.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle challenging situations.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
